We congratulate two players selected for the KZN U18 Craven Week side, one player for the KZN Academy team, and four players for the Grant Khomo U16 team.
We are also proud of the appointment of both the WBHS coaches to these teams. Mr Jeremy McLaren again fills the position as Head Coach of the U18 Craven Week side, while Mr Njabulo Zulu will be the manager of the U16 Grant Khomo team.
Despite an injury-plagued season for the WBHS 1st team, two players found themselves sufficiently fit to impress the KZN selectors. They are lock, Deon Slabbert, and hooker, Teague Loelly.
The Under 16A team found their impressive improvement over the season rewarded with four players being recognised for KZN honours. They are: Abande Mthembu, Mnqobi Mkhize, Mpumelelo Xego and Simelela Nkomo.
We wish them well for the national festivals in July.
