Judge Albert ‘Albie’ Sachs will forever hold a significant place in the history of the ‘New’, or the Real South Africa. Over forty of the Westville Boys’ High School students were privileged to attend a presentation made by the revered struggle stalwart at our sister school Westville Girls’ High School in conjunction with the Durban branch of Amnesty International. As a staff member I could write essays reviewing this kind of opportunity, and the significance it had on the adults present. However, in the spirit of progression, innovation, and overall, moving forward through the empowered youth of today, I will leave it to some of our students…
