Westville Boys’ High School hosted a very successful Golf Festival at Sun City from 24 – 27 April. The festival attracted 28 teams from 21 different schools including two schools from Zimbabwe and one team from Namibia.
The Golfers had the opportunity to play at The Gary Player Golf Course and Lost City Course.
After three rounds, Curro Aurora from Klerksdorp won the overall team event with Westville Boys’ High School A Team finishing in a respectable third position and the highest placed school from KwaZulu Natal.
The Individual event was shared between joint winners Kian Rose from St Johns and Kieron Van Wyk from Curro Aurora on a score of 219 (3 over par).
