The WBHS 1st X1 beat Glenwood by 8 wickets in an exciting afternoon of cricket. Glenwood batted first scoring a total of 59 all out. Westville started chasing this score and with a brilliant batting performance from Nicholas Pentz (31) and strong bowling attack from the captain, Luke Schlemmer (4 wickets for 10 runs, off 4 overs) and Jesse Smit who took 3 wickets, Westville was the victorious team.
The final of the coastal T20 series will be held on Friday 25 January at Kingsmead Cricket Stadium where WBHS will meet DHS, who will be a tough proposition after their win over Kearsney.
