Westville Boys’ travelled up to the Gauteng for the third time this year to take another of the top Traditional Boys Schools, King Edward V11 High School, more commonly known as KES.

The schools clashed in three Winter sports codes: Hockey, Rugby and Tennis.  KES won the tennis convincingly 6-3 but the visitors won the other codes which is no mean feat when factoring in the travel and playing away from home.

In Hockey, Westville won six of the thirteen games, drew five and lost two. They won the 1st Team game 2-1, the 16A game 2-1 and lost the U14A game1-2, the 1st game this team has lost this season.

In Rugby, Westville won ten of the nineteen games, lost eight and drew one. Westville won the U14A game 23-20 and the U15A game 20-13.  They lost the U16A game 15-21 and the 2nd team game 5-14.
