On Saturday 27 April, Westville played DHS at the Riverside Astro. Westville were full of confidence after beating Pretoria Boys the week before. The game was scrappy from the start with both teams struggling to get any momentum. Westville scored 2 goals in the 1st half, both from short corners. Nick Finn scored a drag flick and Jason Ward a deflection goal.
The 2nd half opened up and Westville played with more flow. Gareth Simmonds scored a reverse stick from open play and Mitchell Ireland a faint touch to give Westville a well deserved win. Jason Oakes kept another clean sheet and continues to have a strong season in the Westville goals.
