Filmed in secret on the Wild Coast, this Season of Survivor SA, Immunity Island, features not one but TWO Westville Old Boys!

Kiran Naidoo (2009) and Olwethu ‘Tyson’ Zulu (2014) are both set to outwit, outplay and outlast next month.

Both Kiran and Tyson were student leaders in their matric years, and contributed immensely to their school careers.

Kiran was an outstanding sportsman at school, making an invaluable contribution to the promotion of football (1st Team) and athletics. He was also a valued member of the Learners’ Representative Council, Head of the Media Centre Task Team, and received Full Colours for Academics. Kiran’s studies have led him into strategic consulting.

Olwethu ‘Tyson’ will be remembered for his commitment to Performing Arts at WBHS where he contributed many hours to school productions. For this he was made Head of the Cultural Task Team. He was also an energetic member of the School War Cry Committee, and was awarded Half Colours for service. He was also a senior member of the School choir which earned him Full Colours. He has gone on to be an entrepreneur.

“Stubborn, unorthodox and charming” (add in a wink) are the opening lines of his introduction video. We can’t wait for the drama to unfold around you Tyson!

“My daily life is to think ahead. Underestimate me gladly, I’ll lead from behind”. You led from the front at School Kiran and we hope your strategic training pays off!

Survivor SA, Immunity Island airs from Thursday, 3 June at 19:30 on M-Net (DStv Channel 101)

Good Luck Kiran and Tyson! #survivorsa #mnet
